Why Vie Nova
What we bring together.
Our own technology, AI capabilities, medical device experience and one coordinated plan, from concept toward clinical adoption. The comparison below illustrates the risks of disconnected work and how we address them; it is not a claim about every alternative provider.
Vie Nova leads strategy, evidence planning and network coordination. Clinical partners conduct clinical studies. Regulatory decisions rest with each market’s authority; launch, adoption and publication outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Engagement models
Three ways to work with us.
Staged consulting
Consulting fees agreed by stage, with a defined scope, deliverables and decision points for each phase.
Algorithm licence
License our clinically proven algorithm for an agreed product, intended use and markets, with integration and validation responsibilities defined in the terms.
Co-development
Develop a product with us under an agreed scope, with profit share, IP ownership and decision rights defined before work begins.
Terms are agreed before work begins: scope, stages and fees; licence field of use and territory; background and new IP; data responsibilities; confidentiality; and, for co-development, the profit-share basis and decision rights. Models can be combined, for example a staged assessment that leads to a licence or co-development.
Every engagement starts with a defined first stage, scoped and priced before work begins.
