Vie Nova Manifesto · v2.0

Proof, carried to market

AI, technology and evidence, with responsibility at every step.

Health technology needs evidence that supports its intended use and a plan for how people will adopt it. Those questions belong alongside product design.

We bring AI and a clinically proven algorithm, a proprietary clinical database, and medical device R&D, product development and go-to-market experience.

We connect these capabilities from concept and design input, with responsibilities defined for our team and specialist partners.

Technology with responsibility

What we build into a product must hold up in the clinic and in the field.

At Vie Nova, our technology and IP sit alongside AI capabilities and medical device experience. We work with device companies planning clinical adoption and appropriate AI applications, and wearable companies developing sensing technology toward medical and clinical use.

We are selective. We say openly which products fit our portfolio and which do not, because our technology and our time create the most value where the fit is real.

We connect markets. Our experience of Chinese medical device clinical pathways, and of bringing companies between China and the West in both directions, lets a product be planned for more than one market from the start.

Evidence sets the limits of a product’s claims. AI can support defined tasks; specialists review the output, clinical partners conduct clinical studies, and human authors remain responsible for publications.

Our ambition is to make meaningful health innovation work in the real world, with technology evaluated for its intended use and evidence that people can assess.

The commitments behind the work

A shared standard for our team, our partners and our clients.

FactAssumptionInterpretation
  1. 01

    Say who we fit

Tell each prospective client early whether their product fits our technology and portfolio, and why.

  2. 02

    Keep evidence visible

Distinguish what is proven, what is assumed and what is still to be shown. Never claim an approval or result we do not have.

  3. 03

    Build on our own technology

Bring our database, algorithm and product experience into the work, and protect the IP of everyone involved.

  4. 04

    Name the responsibility

Define who leads, who delivers and who reviews each part of the agreed work, including the responsibilities of clinical partners.

  5. 05

    Share the outcome

Agree the commercial model clearly: staged consulting fees, algorithm licensing or co-development with profit share.

From medical insight to real-world innovation.
